Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that combines the body, breath (pranayama), mantras, and meditation.
The exercises ar eoften rhythmic, repetitive, and at he same time nergizing. Even while seated, the focus is on activating the Kundalini energy (your natural life force). So that it can flow freely through your body.
I combine Embodied Kundalini – Light & Root and Kundlaini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan. The practice unites clear structure, breathwork, inner strength, and spiritual depth – for people who want both grounding and light.
