The retreat takes place at the beautiful Adventure Camp Schnitzmühle in the Bavarian Forest – a place that combines a nature experience with stylish comfort.
This retreat is open to everyone. But Panther Gym members benefit twice: through a special price and two lovingly designed gifts for body and soul.

More mobility, more strength, more you
A total of 12 training sessions of 60 minutes each await you – led by two experienced trainers.
The focus is on Hatha Yoga & Slow Yoga to promote flexibility, strength and relaxation.
Selected fitness elements such as dance, body workout and fascia training are also incorporated to strengthen the body and support stamina.
This varied mix improves posture, strengthens the cardiovascular system and provides deep relaxation.
The goals of our retreat are:
