Mindful Moments Retreat
For a long time I was looking for a modern location for a retreat in Germany. Who would have thought that there is such a wonderful and casual place in the Bavarian Forest?
For my planned retreat I have consciously manifested another yoga teacher with a different energy but the same goal to be able to conjure up this wonderful retreat for you. And here Tim crossed my path. Tim is founder of the LOFT studio in Augsburg, Hatha Yoga teacher and Breathwork expert. After getting to know each other, we realized that our different energies harmonize and it was very clear that we want to bring a new kind of retreat to the world.
For all who like to relax, enjoy tranquility, experience intense breathing sessions, do yoga, experience nature, appreciate modern rooms and delicious vegetarian food are welcome.

What awaits you?
Four transformative days to consciously reconnect with yourself. You will experience yourself and your emotions in a new way, connect with your higher self, experience deep and regenerating relaxation and feel your body. You’ll have plenty of time to yourself to integrate the experience. Experience the spa and sauna world at Adventure Camp, enjoy nature and make new contacts.
We start with a relaxing welcome ceremony, a delicious dinner and a short yoga session.
On the following days you will experience Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and an Emotion Workshop. For deep relaxation you will enjoy Restorative and Yin Yoga.
