Light & Root™ stands for an undogmatic, conscious and free approach to spiritual practice.
We believe that true growth comes from self-responsibility, compassion and inner guidance – not from hierarchies or blind allegiance.

1. mindfulness in dealing with traditions

Our training is based, among other things, on techniques from Kundalini Yoga, as disseminated by Yogi Bhajan.
In the meantime, numerous reports of abuse of power and behavior that violates boundaries have become known in the context of this lineage.

We deal with this heritage consciously:
We separate the tools from the problematic history. We do not adopt the structure or the style – but what really carries:
breath, energy, awareness, presence.

2. spiritual practice without dogma

In the Light & Root™ training there are:

– No obligation to wear white, no compulsory mantra, no gurus

– not a rigid tradition, but a lively, integrative approach

– Clear ethics, transparent communication & space for personal processes

We draw from Kundalini, Laya and Sahaja Yoga without limiting ourselves to a single teaching.
Your own access to God, light, the universe or your innermost being is the focus.

3. safety, awareness & support

– We pay attention to mental and physical safety

– Guest lecturers from psychotherapy & fitness provide you with professional support

– We are open to feedback, criticism and new perspectives – because true spirituality thrives on growth
