In 2012, award winner and boxing coach Matt Garcia created BOXING YOGA™️ to provide boxers with a structured routine to improve strength in all areas: Core, Breath, Body and Mind.
BoxingYoga™️ focuses on a streamlined activity aimed directly at improving athletic performance, eschewing the more traditional conventions of yoga – chanting, esoteric beliefs underlying yoga philosophy, and Sanskrit terminology.
Although Boxing Yoga was designed for fighters, the benefits of this system are for everyone. Professional athletes, yogis and fitness enthusiasts are cordially invited.
