In May 2023 I was in Greece, Attica for a short trip to meet my teacher Za Rah Kumara. She held a final retreat after the Healer Training with people from all over the world.
Za Rah Kumara is a yoga teacher, light priestess, clinical psychotherapist, author and musician.
The retreat began with soothing chanting, music, connection to Mother Earth and to our higher selves. It was so nice to meet new people and reunite with familiar souls.
The next 2 days brought me back to myself. Za Rah took our group to the most beautiful places in the south of Greece. We chanted at deserted bays by moonlight, visited the Egyptian site Sanctuary of the Egypt ian Gods at Nea Makri and drove to the temple Heraion at Perachora.
Dancing, meditation, a cocoa ceremony, the mantra EKA MAI and Kundalini Yoga were part of an inner cleansing process.
The strong and intense energy that was allowed to develop in this short time, I still carry in my heart here in Germany.
Za Rah Kumara works on such a high frequency that here follows my absolute heartfelt recommendation. It’s a reset for your soul, heart, body and mind. My heart is filled with gratitude and peace.
The release of a new and beautiful version of the mantra EKA MAI took place on Sunday, June 04, 2023.
