This place always brings me closer to nature. This vortex of healing energies near the Temple of Poseidon is nourishing and creates lightness.<\/p>\n<p>The last few days I attended the sound module of Za Rah Kumara&#8217;s healer training online. She teaches with so much love and healing understanding of the creations of divinity that it connects me to my true consciousness when I listen.<\/p>\n<p>In this module I was able to learn how healing sound can be. How important it is to feel who created the sound. The frequency at which the sound resonates and what is to be achieved with this frequency. We can feel all of this in our energy. Do you know that too? You listen to a song and feel energetically depressed afterwards. Or you feel refreshed and full of energy. As I&#8217;ve just said, it&#8217;s important who you listen to and what the performer wants to achieve with it. Start to feel.  <\/p>\n<p>For me, sound always has something to do with ahimsa. Ahimsa means non-violence. Because everything you allow yourself to take in, listen to, eat etc. will make you. But I will describe this in more detail in another blog article.<\/p>\n<p>Back to the Za Rah Kumara sound module. Sound can support you in coming back to yourself and recognizing your purpose. All it takes is a little perseverance and commitment.  <\/p>\n<p>Take a few minutes every morning just for yourself.
