Sometimes life doesn’t call us outwards, but deeper into ourselves.
This is how it felt for me when I decided to participate in the True You training<\/strong> of Za Rah Kumara <\/strong><\/a>training.<\/p>

It was not a rational decision, but an inner feeling:<\/p>

“I want to meet myself truthfully. On a level that goes beyond words.” <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Online and live<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The training took place online and also live in modules, which were lovingly and clearly accompanied by Za Rah.
In between, there were regular group sessions in which not only knowledge was shared, but real resonance was created.<\/p>

Topics such as Transformational Healing Therapy, working with the inner child, channeling, Kundalini Yoga, Light Grid Work, sound and mantra<\/strong> accompanied us on this journey.
Again and again, participants were allowed to bring up personal topics, and Za Rah opened up a safe space for this.
Even if the content of the individual sessions remains private, I can say:<\/p>

What emerged here was deep, genuine and transformative.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

What this journey has moved in me<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This time has changed me in a quiet but powerful way.
I have learned to be more sensitive and loving with my own inner movements.
I have recognized where I need more compassion for myself, especially in dealing with old patterns. I have a clearer sense of where boundaries are needed. <\/p>

But the most important thing:<\/p>

I have found a way to rest in my own depths, even when the outside does not respond immediately.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Challenges and transitions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

It wasn’t always easy to see myself so clearly.
Some realizations hurt because they touched old protective walls.
And yet, it was precisely these moments that were often the most healing.<\/p>

Unfortunately, I can’t attend the live meeting in Greece, which hurts, but is also part of it.
Because I have learned:<\/p>

The true path is not a place on the outside, but a movement on the inside.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

And this journey continues. With the next training session in September<\/a>, which I am already looking forward to from the bottom of my heart. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

True You was not an education for me in the classical sense.
It was a reminder.
A reminder that healing is possible.
That connection is possible.
And that the true self does not have to be created:<\/p>

it just wants to be seen and loved at last.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
