We believe that true growth comes from self-responsibility, compassion and inner guidance – not from hierarchies or blind allegiance<\/strong>.<\/h5>

1. mindfulness in dealing with traditions<\/strong><\/h5>
Our training is based, among other things, on techniques from Kundalini Yoga<\/strong>, as disseminated by Yogi Bhajan.
In the meantime, numerous reports of abuse of power and behavior that violates boundaries have become known in the context of this lineage.<\/h5>

We deal with this heritage consciously:
We separate the tools<\/strong> from the problematic history. We do not adopt the structure or the style<\/strong> – but what really carries:
breath, energy, awareness, presence. <\/h5>

In the Light & Root\u2122 training there are:<\/h5>
– No obligation to wear white<\/strong>, no compulsory mantra, no gurus<\/h5>
– not a rigid tradition, but a lively, integrative approach<\/h5>
– Clear ethics, transparent communication & space for personal processes<\/h5>

We draw from Kundalini, Laya and Sahaja Yoga<\/strong> without limiting ourselves to a single teaching.
Your own access to God, light, the universe or your innermost being is the focus.<\/h5>
