Restorative Yoga is a very calming, inward looking form of yoga. The body is brought into therapeutic asanas <\/strong>, which are supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets.<\/p>\n
Rest, silence and relaxation are in the foreground.<\/strong> Restorative Yoga is inspired by B.K.S. yengar, who gave yoga a new direction through the use of aids.<\/p>\n
While the body relaxes, heated stones <\/strong>are gently placed on the hands or body <\/strong>. The warmth of the stones gently penetrates the muscles and melts away any physical and emotional tension.<\/p>\n
The class is suitable for all levels <\/strong>and can also be practiced with physical limitations and health problems. Restorative yoga is particularly recommended if you are taking a break from your “normal yoga practice” due to an injury or if you are under a lot of stress.<\/p>\n
Please bring warm, cozy clothes and a scarf or eye pillow <\/strong>.<\/p>\n
