DESCRIPTION:Your day to release inner blockages and get closer to your femininity. \n\nDo you also ask yourself questions like … \nWhat does it actually mean to be a woman? …\nAm I the woman I can be? …\nAnd how does my femininity feel\, live and look? \nOr would you like to reconnect with your femininity? \nThen our wonderful day retreat is just the thing for you! \nGive yourself time for yourself and the opportunity to uncover useless beliefs through the power of imagination. Restorative yoga in combination with the relaxing and loosening effect of hot basalt stones helps you to find a meditative state and enjoy your body. You can then use creative expression to make your path of transformation visible (or: afterwards) with colors and thus make it perceptible and tangible. \nCurious? Then just read on: \nWe start at 10:00 am with a welcome ceremony with sharing\, sound and chanting. Afterwards we will enjoy a wonderful restorative yoga practice with hot stones for femininity.\nAfter a break with vegan snacks and tea\, we get creative with finger paints.\nAfter another sharing and music\, we end this wonderful day. \nWe: \nTaj Shabad is a restorative yoga and Kundalini yoga teacher and relaxation trainer. It is important to her that everyone recognizes their own potential in order to lead a happy life. To get to know yourself\, it is important to relax\, feel yourself and invite lightness and vitality back into your life. \nStefanie would like to take you on a journey in your imagination with the sound of her voice and wise words. As an experienced art therapist\, mindfulness trainer and yoga teacher\, she is your perfect travel companion.
